that's the million dollar question. a lot of us preordered dark souls and we got the regular edition plus 20 dollar gift certificate but only if we ask for it. there's a chance that you won't get the limited edition even if you preorder.

No, gamestop/ebgames exclusive only. Either that, or just ask yourself if bestbuy has that feature, most likely not.
