Hello, I have started my Battlefield 3 beta download with origin and it is saying it is 100% complete but it is still downloading. The Battlefield 3 beta download is 3.9gb and I have downloaded 5gb can someone please help me get it to work.|||that doesnt make sense...

Recieved my Battlefield 3 early access email but cannot find the beta in the playstation network store?
i recieved my early access email today (tuesday 27th) and i fallowed the instructions that say; go to psn store and click on "view all by title" and click on "B" and then click on battlefield 3 and all the content will be in there but all that is in there is game videos, NO BETA? what do i do? how do i get it?|||That's sucks, dice should know better and fix this problem fast, if the game is going to have this kind of problems I won't buy it.|||is it a playstation plus exclusive?|||I got the same e-mail as well. I read on an ea.com forum as well as others that Sony hasn't updated the PSN Store so we'll have to wait until then. UK Forums said that PSN Store usually updates around 3-5pm so that's a hell of a wait since early access was supposed to be out at 7am this morning.

Is the Limited Edition of Battlefield 3 truly limited edition or is it just a marketing scheme?
When Crysis 2 was released, the so called "limited edition" wasn't as limited as it was made to seem. I've seen quite a few "Limited Editions" on store shelves months after it's release.
I'm wondering if this will be the case with Battlefield 3. If it is, there really isn't a point in pre-ordering if I could simply walk into a store and buy the limited edition on release date.

What is a cheap graphics card that will run Battlefield 3 smoothly?
I have a Radeon HD 4200 and I was looking to get a better graphics card that will run Battlefield 3 smoothly. I'd also like it to be a cheap price.|||BATTLEFIELD - 3 is the best looking FPS till date surpassing Crysis Series but when talking about performance its not that resource hungry, as per EA DICE any Graphics card above or similar to ATI RADEON 3870 will run it pretty smooth but there are more things than just the Graphics card that you have to keep in mind. Some of them are mentioned below:
1. DICE has used "HAVOK" as the physx engine similar to their past Battlefield games which is more CPU intensive than GPU. Hence in order to run BF3 smooth u need to have a good dual core (quad core most preferable) CPU. I would recommend to go for an AMD Phenom II X2 555 or 560 or 565 which can be further unlocked to quad cores on most am3 motherboards nowadays and price starting from about $80 or else u go for a phenom ii x4 for as cheap as $110.
2. The game performance also depends on the monitor resolution that u are using. If you play on resolutions like 1024x768 you would find it running pretty smooth on a system with lower specs, so in case if you r planning to run it on high resolutions like 1680x1050, 1920x1080 or above then u need to have a better GPU.
3. Battlefield 3 has four default settings for quality level from low, medium, high to ultra settings again their is a custom setting option available to set up your own. But obviously if you want to run it on Ultra high settings u need to have a CPU similar to phenom ii x6 or core i7 (even some high end core i5s) and a GPU equivalent or above GTX 560 ti or similar (these are tried and tested settings keeping in mind the average 30 fps requirement of bf3).
4. The most important thing as per me is your cooling part, You must go for a cabinet which has proper cooling (at least proper air flow) available or else your game experience will start suffering after 20 to 30 minutes of gameplay.

A budget combination of phenom ii x2 555 CPU with a Nvidia GTS 450 or similar can run BF3 pretty smooth on medium to high settings with resolutions of about 1920x1080 (forget the Graphic card reviews posted on several websites, the FPS they show is pretty much dependent on the CPU they use... especially when we talk of Battlefield Series.
*some more things that u should keep in mind are :

Why is my battlefield 3 screen cut from two sides up and down?
since i bought battlefield 3 it hasn't been full screen and it has been cut from the upper and lower part of the screen making a 3.5 cm black screen on both sides. i have never faced this problem before on any other game. i am using an old JVC and connected through AV cables.|||the game isnt compatible with your tv

How do you use the stinger in battlefield 3?
The lock-on only stinger in Battlefield 3 multiplayer is what i am referring to. Whenever I go to use it, my character simply nudges forward as if trying to shoot it but nothing happens.
This has resulted in me getting blasted by tanks numerous times and is getting pretty annoying.
Anybody know how it works?

Anyways, just in case you're interested...|||It''s an anti-air weapon and it shoots down helicopters and jets. To use it, you have to zoom in, center the scope onto enemy's jet or helicopter. Once it's locked, you will see a 'lock' and hear a beeping sound. It doesn't fire until its locked on.
Enemy can evade the missile by deploying flares. It takes 2 missile to destroy any air vehicle.|||I'm pretty sure the Stinger might be an Anti-Air Rocket laucher. You've got to wait a couple seconds for it to lock onto the vehicle, then when it beeps, shoot it.|||It works only on aircraft.javelin works on tanks,etc.|||Its anti air craft. Just use a normal rocket launcher to take out tanks.

What is the cheapest a self-built desktop rig capable of running Battlefield 3 would cost?
Thinking of possibly buying parts for a desktop rig to run Battlefield 3 smoothly, or even just Bad Company 2 smoothly. Problem is, I'm really tight on funds, and hoping that a $500 - $600 budget would suffice. What is the average lowest price that a BF3-capable computer would cost? How do activate the Battlefield 3 Physical Warfare Pack?
I pre-ordered Battlefield 3 on PS3 and got a code from game stop of the physical warfare pack. I just wanted to know how to activate it. Your help would be highly appreciated. I've been playing Battlefield 3 and I have NO idea how it works. I've been squad leader a couple of times and I just don't know what I'm supposed to do in that situation. Is there squads within a team or is the team a "squad"?

How much better is battlefield 3 than battlefield bad company 2?
I have bad company 2 and I kind of liked it but it didn't reach my expectations and I was wondering if battlefield 3 is better.|||There are some key points that they raised the bar with such as included a larger variety of vehicles like the fighter jets and water/land vehicles. So far I'm finding the map designs are very detailed and open, they also seem to be almost too big at times for how few transport vehicles are available (but that's just my personal thought) The weapons and gadgets are still set as unlockables so people that have played more generally have much better equipment and therefore an advantage. The only other thing I'm having trouble getting used to is that the game loads out of a browser rather then opening a game and going from there. I just find it can make it tedious to sit there waiting for a game to load over and over again depending on how many disconnections you get (getting better but at the start it was bad).

my freind try's to play battlefield 3 on his playstation, but it hardly ever loads up to the main menu, and when it does it usually hard freezes after a few mins. but any other game he has works just fine, and the same battlefield disc works on my playstation as well as another freinds. he's tryed reinstalling the game data, as well as the patch several times. it hardly makes sense lol.|||His ps3 needs to be updated probely. I didn't last 5 minutes on Battlefield 3. So it looks really really good (because that's all that matters right?!?!) and you have this revolutionary new setting which is fighting sand ******* in the middle east. But I just don't understand how it's any different from MW3.|||but its so awesum!!1 its totaly new seting for each and their both in the desert. mw3 is beter then bf3 becaus of its good multiplair!1!|||Battlefield 3's single-player campaign is pretty much a copycat of Modern Warfare. The multiplayer components, on the other hand, is a different story altogether.

How do i play battlefield 3 multiplayer on two diffrent consoles?
Ok, i bought battlefield 3 yesterday and I have two xboxs. I have an xbox in my room and one in my den and I want to play the one in the den because it's a bigger tv but I already activated the online pass on the one in my room. Is there a way I can play multiplayer in my den? How play battlefield 3 and more precisely how not to get killed?
I know it's a silly question, but recently killed me 10 times but I managed only one hit.
I managed to get some flags, and several assists.
Are there any tips for beginners?
And one more question how to fly airplanes, I learned that I'm rather bad pilot, though it turned out that I'm not a bad shooter, I managed to kill several enemies with the gun mounted in the helicopter.
P.S What is the best specialization in Battlefield 3?|||the key to bf3 is team work, get a good clan. im not telling you mine because it sounds like you suck, so join someone elses clan.
first, pick a class and stick with it.
each class plays distinctly differently, if your a medic, be a medic, drop med kits everywhere you go, unlock the paddles and never leave spawn without them. the weapons here are not great so its more about supporting your team mates rather then running out alone like in cod.
engineers need to play a bit more riskily, if its your job to take out the tank, get out there and take it out, take a look at your guns, shot guns, sub machine guns, shorter less accurate assult rifles, this is the more close quarters class, consider the flashlight or laser. use the holographic or red dot but NOT the scope. don't worry about scopeing in all the time, its fine to blast from the hip. but you also have the repair kit, if you in a helicopter, sit in the side seat and repair it as it gets shot. remember, with your repair kit its more about supporting your team mates rather then running out alone like in cod.
snipers are ranged specialists, don't forget to press "back" on your controller to spot tanks, jets, jeeps, helicopters and every enemy you see. a head shot will kill but there is no point in revealing your poession just to suppress one guy, get on the mic and tell your team mates where he is and where he is going, but its all about range, keep some space between you and your targets, your job is to spot and shoot from a distance so thats how you support your team mates rather then running out alone like in cod.
lastly is support, i hope you get the message, they have the most powerful guns so you might be tempted to run out alone, don't. you have the all important ammo box, medics, snipers and especially engineers will all run out of ammo as long as you can keep alive long enough to use it. you have a powerful gun but you are also slower, louder and easier to spot then the medic or recon, its all in the name your there to support your team mates rather then running out alone like in cod.
if you run out alone like in cod, you, and your team, will die and fail. use teamwork and commutation adn you will kill everyone.

Does the battlefield 3 online pass work for multiple Xbox live accounts?
K so I'm planning on getting battlefield 3, but in order to go online you need an online pass to play online which comes with the game, the problem is me and my brother share the Xbox BUT HAVE 2 SEPARATE XBOX LIVE ACCOUNTS, and like to take turns playing online, so if I redeem the code for battlefield 3, will we both get to play online on battlefield 3?|||Sadly no. If you do, you have to pay an extra $10 I think.|||Yes that does work on an Xbox, however, you cant share with other consoles, this works on PS3s however, as I have done this many times with Saints Row DLCs and other purchases, which you can share with up to 2 other consoles|||not unless both of your accounts are linked to the same EA account... the code only works for one EA account, so yeah.|||no just 1|||I'd think yes , since it's the same console. Not perks but certain attachable skills with vehicles, more ammo, explosives, etc.
Sniping is Best of any game. Realistic Bullet Trajectory( The further your target, the higher you must aim to compensate)
They're are noobs in every game. I am Guilty of being a BF fan boy, but will be the first to admit there are plenty of noobs. Lotta guys think they're the **** but actually suck. This is evident in their k/d ratio. You will usually get a couple campers but camping really doesn't give you any advantage as you will find out that staying in the same place will draw all sorts of unwanted attention( Tanks, Helicopter gunships, Jets, Other Snipers, etc.)
Just move fast, fire and maneuver, And communicate with your squad mates. Number one advice i can give you is don't run out on your own just spraying and praying, you will end up dead fast. As it is more realistic than COD,. They're are also people who take it too seriously, it is a game and if they believe they are hot **** just ignore them, plenty of tools on COD and BF, but a lot more in COD by a landslide, Have fun and shoot straight! ill see you over the battlefield in an f-18!|||Battlefield 3 Beta Access http://www.bf3blog.webs.com/

With the ability to completely level down buildings, the only people who some would accuse of "camping" would be the snipers, who really are just doing their job. Other than that, no overpowered guns, and the only noobs are the 12- and 13-year-old's calling other people noobs because they can't understand that the game puts a heavy emphasis on class-based gameplay and teamwork and that running in guns-blazing isn't a reliable tactic.

I just beat battlefield 3...And As I seen on the trailers and stuff that you get to drive cars jets all that good stuff...But I didn't...I only got to drive a tank and Ride in a jet and not even fly it..And on multiplayer theres no vehicles..What's up with that?|||There are vehicles in multiplayer except in team deathmatch, where there are no vehicles.
