Would the GTX 550 ti Graphics card run Battlefield 3 comfortably?

I have a 2.5 Ghz quad core intel processor with an ATI Radeon HD 4650 Graphics card. With these current specs Battlefield 3 is running on low fps (FPS is about 10 on lower settings). So my question is would the GTX 550 ti Graphics card run Battlefield 3 comfortably?

My friend has a GTX550Ti and it plays Battlefield 3 on medium at 60 FPS but if you want high its going to be about 40 FPS
