The B43J-B1B 14" Notebook Computer from ASUS is a portable computer that is built to the stringent standards required for use in corporate environments. The system features the Windows 7 Professional (64-bit) operating system. It includes a downgrade to Windows XP, perfect for use on corporate networks that have not yet moved past XP.
The computer's 14" display features a 16:9 aspect ratio, 1366 x 768 native resolution, and a LED backlit. Its antiglare matte finish reduces the reflections that often plague glossy displays. The display is powered by a dedicated ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 GPU with 512MB of DDR3 memory.
The computer is driven by a dual-core 2.8GHz i7-640M, which can be overclocked to 3.46GHz using the Intel Turbo Boost system. It loaded with 4GB of RAM, a 320GB 7200rpm hard drive, a SuperMulti DVD burner, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, 802.11n Wi-Fi, and a built-in webcam. The system also features a memory card reader, a Smart Card reader, a fingerprint reader, a docking port, a TPM security module, and an ExpressCard/34 expansion slot.

Well the system requirements for Battlefield 3 will be similar to, if not then slightly higher than the system requirements for Battlefield Bad Company 2. Here are some suggestions.

This laptop has a brand new processor that will be more than enough for gaming. The graphics card should be able to play BF3 at medium/high or if not, then medium/low for sure.

This one has better graphics card but less powerful processor.

HP Pavilion dv6-3250us laptop is great. The processor is super-fast, backlit keyboard is amazing, and I love the fingerprint scanner. The graphics look great. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone and I can't say enough about the backlit keyboard. It's kind of like getting your first DVR, you didn't see why everyone was making such a big deal about them, but once you get one you can't imagine going without it again.
