Why do people hope Battlefield 3 kills cod?

Why? If it kills cod (which it wont) then where the hell do they think all the MW3 players will go? TO BATTLEFIELD 3. Then were going to have snipers sitting behind spawn for an hour not contributing.





So, why do people want cod dead?Why do people hope Battlefield 3 kills cod?
I find that people who want certain things to die are usually those who don't have much of a life. They play games, do homework, hang out with their friends and sleep.



Anyway, I don't hope BF3 will 'kill' CoD'. Doesn't make sense why anyone would think that since they are both games. That's like saying "Solitaire" will kill "Minesweeper". Why? Why would you think like that?
Basically because they find it too "non-realistic" and too many kids play it. I perrsonally am going to really enjoy them both, but BF3 fanboys are obsessed with seeing COD go down because they hate it (quicksoping, little kids, too arcadey, the list goes on) and most likely suck at it. And you're right, a lot of the people would go to BF3 and make the game worse, but BF3 fanboys seem to think that their community is more mature than COD... so I laugh at that. I personally hope COD will succeed for a long time as well as BF, they're two different games that have two different types of fanbases.Why do people hope Battlefield 3 kills cod?
Battlefield will more than likely kill Call of Duty. Besides the 20 million+ PC Gamers and a good console group, it will easily detroy any chance Call of Duty has at claiming number one.



Besides, the COD Kids won't have any chance since people like us have been playing Battlefield for the last 10 years.Why do people hope Battlefield 3 kills cod?
i don't care what happens to either of them,because i don't play play them.all of the war games are highly overrated and have pretty much become one in the same game,i don't care if they all fail.hope this helps.
