Will Ireland bought Battlefield 3 work in Spain on a Spanish PS3?

I am selling Battlefield 3 to my Spanish friend. Its bought in Ireland, will it work on a Spanish ps3? Can you change the language and will the servers be the same?

On Playstation 3 doesn't exist a "format" as such there are in the previous consoles. Any game will work on his/her Playstation 3. In this case, the format would be "PAL" [Europe], the same. Don't worry, in fact, I'm Spaniard and have bought and played games from UK on my Play without problems. The language depends on console settings.
