Do I need to buy Battlefield 3 Limited Edition to get Back to Karkand?

I know if you pre-order Battlefield 3 you get Back to Karkand for free when the DLC is released but in the videos for Battlefield 3 it says pre-order the limited edition and get Back to Karkand for free. I didn't ask for a limited edition when I pre ordered the game so does that mean I have to pay for Karkand when it's released or will I get it with the regular copy of the game?Do I need to buy Battlefield 3 Limited Edition to get Back to Karkand?
Everyone who pre-orders Battlefield 3 will get the Limited Edition (which includes the Back to Karkand DLC for free). If you do not pre-order it, you will have to wait until they release the Back to Karkand DLC to everyone.
If you preordered the game, you will automcatically get the limited edition even if you did not ask for it. Preordering the game will get you Back to Karkand DLC regardless of whether or not you asked them for the limited edition of the game. If you did NOT preorder the game, you will need to pay for the Back at Karkand DLC. You will still get the Back to Karland Map Pack with the Physical Warfare pack, I asked the one of the employees at Gamestop and they said that you will get all DLCs exclusive to the Battlefield 3 pre-ordered at Gamestop. If your pre-order Battlefield 3 that is the Limited Edition, there is no like separate game or whatever. And yes if you pre-ordered it Back to Karkand is yours, I think they also said later on they will release it free to the public. Aren't they so nice!?

If you preorder the game you get 'Back To Karkland' , if you don't preorder it you get it a few months after release. If you preorder BF3 you get the Limited Edition copy without asking, paying the same price.
