Why does my player go into prone on BattleField 3 for ps3 when I'm shooting an enemy from close range?

Why does my player go into prone on BattleField 3 for ps3 when I'm shooting an enemy from close range? It's annoying and almost always happens, I can't tell if i accidently because i get excited or if it's something that happens to everyone? Blame it on excitement ! or your controller R3 button is very sensitive.



Sometime it does save my life when I get excited and hit the prone while shooting. Lol.

It could be, because you push the R3 a little too hard when shooting. Or your controller is broken on the R3 button.
